Things people often ask

Do I need to know anything about computers to get help?
Not at all! That's the whole point. Just describe what's going wrong in your own words — "it's being weird" is a completely valid description. We'll ask a few gentle questions and take it from there.
How quickly can someone come out?
We often have same-day availability, especially for urgent issues. At worst, we can usually get to you within 1–2 business days. Give us a call and we'll find a time that works for you.
What if you can't fix my problem?
If we can't fix it, you don't pay. Simple as that. We'll also be honest with you about what's possible and what might not be worth repairing — so you can make an informed decision.
Will you sell me things I don't need?
Never. We're here to fix your problem, not to upsell you. If we think you genuinely need new equipment, we'll explain why in plain language — but we'll never pressure you into anything.
Is my data safe when you work on my computer?
Absolutely. We treat your personal files and photos with the utmost respect. We'll always ask before moving or deleting anything, and we recommend a backup before any major work — which we can also help you set up.
Do you offer a seniors discount?
Yes! We're proud to offer a discount for pensioners and seniors. Just mention it when you get in touch and we'll apply it to your booking. No proof needed — we trust you!
